Sandeep K Apps provides digital services such as mobile app design, game interfaces, earning app concepts, website frontend work, consultation, and related development services. Because these services involve time, planning, design, and digital delivery, refunds are reviewed case by case.

When a Refund May Be Considered

  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
  • Payment was received but work has not started.
  • A paid service cannot be started by us due to an internal reason.
  • A refund request is raised with clear payment details and a valid reason.

When Refunds May Not Apply

  • Work has already started, designs have been shared, or development time has been used.
  • The service, file, design, page, or digital deliverable has already been delivered.
  • The project was delayed because required content, approval, or information was not provided by the client.
  • The request is based on a change of mind after project confirmation.
  • Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, paid tools, payment gateway fees, or external services have already been paid.

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at info.sandeepkapps@gmail.com with your name, mobile number, payment details, service details, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
