Returns for Digital Products and Services

Sandeep K Apps mainly provides digital products and services. Digital deliverables such as website files, app screens, design assets, game interfaces, earning app concepts, documents, source files, and custom frontend work cannot be physically returned once delivered.

No Physical Return

Since our work is digital, there is no physical product to return. Once files, designs, code, or access details are delivered, the return of the product is generally not possible.

Correction and Support

If a delivered file does not match the agreed scope, contact us with details of the issue.
We may provide reasonable corrections, updates, or replacements based on the agreed project scope.
Changes outside the original scope may require additional charges.
Support requests should be sent with your name, project details, and clear issue description.

Cancellation Before Delivery

If you want to cancel before delivery or before work has started, please contact us as early as possible. Any refund or adjustment will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
